ZXT-D AUTO CONSTANT TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM

The ZXT series fully digital high-precision automatic constant tension controller is mainly composed of a tension detector, high-precision A/D and D/A converters, and a high-performance single-chip microcomputer.The automatic constant tension controller is based on the tension detector to measure the tension of the coil and the set target tension, after the single chip microcomputer PID operation automatically adjust the D/A output, so as to change the magnetic powder clutch, the excitation current of the brake or the torque of the servo motor to achieve the constant tension control of the coil.

The control system of the common slicer is a computer control system with automatic deviation correction control function, preset control length automatic stop function, metering function and linear velocity measurement function.
The integrated cutting machine control system can directly replace the combination of ZX-368 metering control board kit and GK6 deviation correction control board kit, or directly replace the combination of ZX-668 length and quantity controller and GK-12 deviation correction controller.

GK-21 ANALOG EPC CONTROL SYSTEM

The deviation correction controller uses three-phase AC synchronous motor as the deviation correction motor, and the direction and speed of the deviation correction motor are controlled by special frequency conversion drive technology (patented technology).The operation interface uses color touch screen display, which makes the user more intuitive and convenient to operate the controller.The controller has two sensor signal input interfaces, which can be connected to the commonly used MGU-200 ultrasonic deflection sensor or MGU-08A photoelectric sensor.
