RFID ROLL LABEL PRINTING ENCODING DETECTING MACHINE

The machine integrates UV printing and EPC reading&encoding&detecting functions, which can shorten the production process, improve production efficiency and save labor cost. The functions of the printing station include dust removal, UV printing, pre-curing and main-curing. The reading&encoding station has functions of reading TID, encoding EPC, reading& EPC and negative label marking. It can read&encode chip in multiple stations in parallel, improves the reading&writing efficiency. The multi-station collaborate control system ensures the reliability of EPC reading&encoding in parallel.

RFID CARE LABEL ENCODING DETECTING MACHINE

The machine achieves the full automation from roll winding, cutting, code reading, EPC reading&encoding&detecting, error label removal and good labels collection. Through self-developed software and a full servo-controlled feeding platform, it ensures high-speed and high-precision production while significantly improving efficiency and the pass rate of chip reading&encoding. It also supports personalized customization.
