SILICONE RELEASE COATING

Silicone-based release coating produced by Yozho Technology, based on different applications, can be called anti-sticking silicone oil, paper release agent, coating release agent, etc. It's a solvent base or solventless product formulated with base polymer, polysiloxane containing silicon functional groups. It can be converted into a rubbery elastic polysiloxane film with isolation performance through addition-heat curing reaction under the action of crosslinking agent and catalyst, etc. The product has good wettability, wide temperature adaptation range, and low adhesive migratability.

PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE

Silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesives produced by Yozho Technology are suitable for film and fabric coating, which is composed of polydimethylsiloxane silica gel, silicone resin, filler and organic solvent, mainly composed of polydimethylsiloxane silica gel (polymer) and silicone resin (tackifying resin). The product has characteristics of excellent viscosity, initial tack, and high adhesion, moisture resistance, anti-aging, UV resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc., good electrical properties, bonding material with low surface tension.
