We have now developed and manufactured LED‑UV curing systems that are compatible with web flexographic presses, satellite rotary presses, intermittent rotary presses, PS‑plate intermittent rotary presses, screen printers, offset presses, inkjet printers, and 3D printing equipment. These systems can cure inks on a wide range of substrates, with minimal limitations and no need for preheating, thereby overcoming the issue of conventional UV inks failing to cure under LED‑UV light sources. This enhances productivity, delivering truly high quality and high efficiency.
