Our core products include standard and coated doctor blades for high-carbon steel and stainless steel, manufactured using high-precision machining processes. These blades feature exceptional wear resistance, superior accuracy, and an extended service life, enabling precise control of the doctoring angle and pressure to ensure consistent, stable print quality. They effectively remove excess ink, guaranteeing clear, uniform printed images.

DOCTOR BLADE CUTTER

A fixed-length cutting machine equipped with an encoder can continuously monitor the rotational speed of the material‑conveying roller and measure the material length. The machine also incorporates a PLC controller that processes the encoder signals to calculate the cut length. The cutting unit comprises an AC motor and a cutting blade; the AC motor receives the cutting command from the PLC controller, enabling real-time monitoring and preventing material slippage and deformation.

Viscosity Control System

The VISCO-H viscosity control system is currently the most accurate falling-ball viscometer available in China. It is suitable for any liquid within its viscosity range that requires precise viscosity control and measurement, and is designed for long-term continuous operation (24/7). Its compact design facilitates rapid setup, and it features a built-in temperature sensor.
