High-temperature silicone vulcanization tube

Flame-retardant high-temperature vulcanized tubing, also known as silicone rubber hose, is coated with silicone‑glass fiber and internally supported by helical steel wire. It undergoes a single vulcanization process at 300°C to achieve complete curing, resulting in a tube that is highly wear‑resistant, with a smooth surface free of stains, wrinkles, roughness, or unevenness. The pitch of the elastic steel wire and fiberglass strands is precisely matched, ensuring uniform winding. It features standardized diameters, a smooth inner wall, low airflow resistance, light weight, and excellent flexibility and resilience. Additionally, it offers strong UV resistance, superior corrosion resistance, and is environmentally friendly.

PVC expansion hose

This ventilation duct features a black, reinforced plastic core encased in a thickened, reinforced steel wire framework, with an outer shell made of premium, flame-retardant PVC mesh fabric. It is equipped with a standalone, oversized end ring and metal suspension rings spaced every meter along the duct body, enabling easy installation and secure fastening. It is widely used in data centers, basements, tunnels, municipal pipeline projects, underground cable maintenance, mechanical and shipbuilding operations, fire‑fighting and emergency response, airports, animal husbandry, greenhouse cultivation, mining, and other demanding environments for the conveyance of both heated and cooled air.

Nylon mesh tube

Covered with nylon mesh, reinforced internally with steel wire, and thermally bonded at the upper and lower layers; helically formed for extended length. Maximum pressure resistance: 1000 Pa; standard length: 10 m. Highly flexible and bendable, easy to install.
