The AI inspection function automatically rejects defective products and supplements the quantity, while also enabling automatic batch label printing to meet the demand of multiple styles with small quantities. Production data can be connected to the customer's MES system, and CSV records are generated automatically, realizing automatic, efficient, and intelligent tag production.

The RFID-608C integrates coding, jet printing and quality inspection functions, and can simultaneously realize defective product marking and automatic quantity compensation, with a production speed of up to 30 pieces per second. Equipped with the self-developed PL-800 software, it supports variable high-speed printing of various content including text, numbers, barcodes, QR codes and patterns, and can also provide customized development of special symbologies. The machine features stable control performance; it can achieve automatic forward-reverse alignment during startup, and an optional deviation correction system is available. The LD-618S truly deserves the title of "Positioning Master" for duplex printing on roll materials. It is an all-in-one machine integrating duplex label coding and quality inspection functions. Boasting a printing speed of up to 50 meters per minute, it enables high-speed printing on various materials such as wash labels, tear tapes, and adhesive tapes. Equipped with imported Japanese sensors, its registration accuracy reaches ±0.01mm.
